Refund & Return Policy US
At Ornelle Collective, we take pride in offering carefully curated vintage pieces that are unique, timeless, and one of a kind. Due to the vintage nature of our items, all products are sold “as is” and may show minor signs of age or wear that add to their character and charm.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless an item arrives damaged or broken during shipment.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. Once approved, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges within 14 business days of delivery, subject to item availability and approval.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be returned in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that exchanged items are also considered final sale.

Nature des articles vintage Nos bijoux sont des pièces vintage sélectionnées avec soin. En tant que tels, ils peuvent présenter des traces d'usure normales liées à leur âge et à leur histoire — ces caractéristiques font partie de leur authenticité et ne constituent pas des défauts. Chaque article est décrit et photographié avec précision avant la vente.
Remboursements et échanges Nous acceptons les remboursements et les échanges uniquement dans le cas où un article a été endommagé pendant le transport. Si vous recevez un article endommagé, veuillez nous contacter dans les 48 heures suivant la réception avec des photos du dommage et de l'emballage. Nous prendrons en charge le retour et vous proposerons un remboursement complet ou un échange.
Frais de retour Sauf en cas de dommage survenu pendant le transport, les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Right of Withdrawal (14 days) You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at ornellecollective@gmail.com. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Nature of Vintage Items Our jewellery pieces are carefully sourced vintage items. As such, they may show signs of normal wear consistent with their age and history — these characteristics are part of their authenticity and charm and do not constitute defects. Each item is accurately described and photographed prior to sale.
Refunds and Exchanges We accept refunds and exchanges only in cases where an item has been damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange the return at our cost and offer you a full refund or an exchange.
Return Shipping Costs Unless an item was damaged during transit, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
