These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through Ornelle Collective. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Products
Ornelle Collective offers curated vintage and statement pieces. Due to the nature of vintage items, products may display subtle signs of wear, patina, or age-related variations that contribute to their individuality and character.
All items are sold “as is.” We make every effort to present products accurately through photography and descriptions; however, slight variations in color and appearance may occur depending on device screens and lighting.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment providers. Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received.
Ornelle Collective reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or external circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges incurred upon delivery.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Ornelle Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping information at checkout.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
Returns
Due to the vintage and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or broken during shipment, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with:

Photographs of the original packaging
If the claim is approved, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 business days of delivery.
Customers may:

Receive store credit
If the new item exceeds the original purchase amount, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. If the exchanged item is lower in value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Returned items must be received in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content featured on this website, including photography, logos, branding, graphics, product descriptions, and written material, is the exclusive property of Ornelle Collective and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ornelle Collective shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.

Prix Les prix sont indiqués en euros (EUR), toutes taxes comprises. ORNELLE Collective se réserve le droit de modifier ses prix à tout moment, étant entendu que le prix applicable est celui en vigueur au moment de la commande.
Commande Toute commande passée sur ornellecollective.com constitue un contrat de vente entre le client et ORNELLE Collective. Une confirmation de commande vous sera envoyée par email.
Droit de rétractation Conformément à la directive européenne 2011/83/UE, vous disposez d'un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande pour exercer votre droit de rétractation, sans avoir à justifier votre décision. Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client. Les remboursements et échanges sont acceptés uniquement en cas de dommage survenu pendant le transport.
Nature des articles vintage Nos bijoux sont des pièces vintage. Les traces d'usure normales liées à leur âge font partie de leur authenticité et ne constituent pas des défauts.
Responsabilité ORNELLE Collective ne saurait être tenu responsable des dommages indirects liés à l'utilisation des produits achetés.
Droit applicable Les présentes conditions sont soumises au droit français, en conformité avec les directives européennes de protection des consommateurs. En cas de litige, une solution amiable sera recherchée en priorité. Le client peut également recourir à la plateforme européenne de règlement en ligne des litiges : ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Scope These terms apply to all sales made to customers residing in the European Union.
Prices All prices are displayed in euros (EUR), inclusive of applicable taxes. ORNELLE Collective reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable price is that shown at the time of ordering.
Orders Any order placed on ornellecollective.com constitutes a sales contract between the customer and ORNELLE Collective. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email.
Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds and exchanges are accepted only in cases of damage occurring during transit.
Nature of Vintage Items Our jewellery pieces are vintage items. Normal signs of wear consistent with their age are part of their authenticity and do not constitute defects.
Liability ORNELLE Collective shall not be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of purchased products.
Governing Law These terms are governed by French law, in compliance with European consumer protection directives. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Customers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
